Crank is basically Meth

you have different levels of quality with Meth which ranges from the high end (pure crystal) to the lower end commonly called Crank and sometimes called Peanut Butter. It goes by many names as I listed before....Crystal/tweak/speed/crank/Peanut Butter/go fast/motorhead/zip...and the names go on.
