doesnt matter how fast his car is. in my 92 vx i could feel vtec not engage bc of not enough oil. that isnt saying that i felt it kick in when it did engage bc i didnt feel anything. but i could tell when it was low on oil (burned through so much of it) bc of this. and i know my vx was slower then his accord or even a metro for that matter. he has a problem with throttle response...lets solve it!!
