here's something to try. honda has something called the president's award, which goes to dealers with excellent customer satisfaction. if you go to honda's website, you might be able to find a local dealer that's EXCELL certified (president's award). then you know you're going to get good service. for the big jobs, it's worth spending the extra money to have the dealer do it. timing belt changes, valve adjustments, etc. the difference in cost is much more than worth it for the peace of mind.
