that doesnt make any sense. if vtec was any closer to say 4 rpms you'd waste alot of gas.. when vtec is activated both exhuast and intake valves are open wide. cuz of the lobe on the camshafts. so that is why its at the HIGHER rpms range.. stupid noob.
