i have insight for cable tv. they r not much better. they disconnect the wrong person here alot..takes them forever to get out here and reconnect.. its just a wire in the box on the outside of the building.. do get the bill prorated..u have to give them notice its out.. they go from the time u contact them to prorate, not the time u noticed it was disconnected..
