Turbo
I have a 95 civic EX.
Later I will do a GSR swap.
But my questions are, what turbo are yall all using.
I will build the GSR its self to 200HP whp.((i welcome any suggestions on how to do this, I will be sleaving, port and polish the head, bigger TB. So what about bore size, compression, forged pistions, rods,bearings, any and all gaskets, polish and balanced crankshaft, stainless valves(std or oversize), springs and retainers and cams, plus i want the quietest exhaust i can get away with(I hate farts cans) and still have the air flow this setup will need.))
MY GAOL is 250-300, no more then 300 HP, I want the best traction I can
get and still have a beefy setup.
I want the quickest spooling turbo.(what LBS)
I want the a tuff-as-nails motor, so with all this in mind,
would i be closer to 250 or 300??
as far as the turbo, would yall use 2 0r 3 piping, fuel management, elecrical, ignition. and computer.
The car will see no drag strip, except to turn and just for the hell of it, no drag racing.
The car will see alot of freeway(60 hours worth every summer), street and some road course.
Im also looking at Tein Flex coilovers w/ EDFC controller and front and rear sway bars(what size or brand sway bars, I have no clue)
Forgive my poor grammar and spelling, now I know i missed something.
I use to drive a LS so I know the GSR stuff (so-so) but im new at the civic stuff.
please help me out here guys, please no flaming, thats why Ill never go back to honda-teck.
