Default compression test numbers...i hope we did the test wrong... :/

Ok, so we just performed a compression test on my '94 gsr and the results are...less than desirable. My results were the following (starting from the distributor side):

150
200
125
170

I really don't understand this...I mean, I performed this test like 6 months ago and had much more solid numbers...also, how much does it matter whether the car is warm or not? i mean, i haven't driven the car in like 2 weeks and we didn't run the car at all before the test because we couldn't get it started...would it be a lot different if the car had been at operating temp shortly beforehand? what do these low numbers indicate? thanks...
