Rear brake spec on most flat (non-vented) rear rotors is 8mm minimum... that's .315 inch. For a car that new, you must be on your first rear brake work (about 35-40k miles.) That's pad replacement only.

(Note: Front rotors are usually resurfaced at this milage and should be replaced at the next service interval, around 80k miles.)
