I think the new tegs don't have a bleeder, at least my 98 ls does not. When you fill the radiator up with coolant, pour it in slow so as you pour it in, the air will get pushed up and out. This gets most of the air out initially. Then start the car with the radiator cap off and rev the engine to 1500 rpm or so to let the engine warm up faster. Just rev for like 10 seconds randomly until the fans turn on twice. Thats usually when the thermostat is open and air gets circulated through to the radiator. Be sure to put your temperature setting in the car to its hottest setting when you do this so not air gets trapped in the heater core lines.
