yeah. i know that the front has to be extended, you can either extend it, or use a clubman front, wich is already the extra length, if you can, Please, find that article, i would be very interested, i have the car and driver one. its on thier website. yes, the gearing is very interesting, 1st is useless, i asked a fellow owner, he said that it peels out through 3 gears. if not more. so yes, i know space is tight, but i am wondering what kind of moddification can be done to make its higher mph faster..... its gonna have a final gear that is lower, so it will be a little better at start, (more traction, maybe ) are there any intake manifolds and headers that are made that are smaller, or same size as oem? or are they all bigger? superfastminis.com has every bit of info on the build, but im wondering about aftermarket..... thanks. sorry for any inconvinience.
