if the motor has that amount of miles on it, it would be a perfect candidate for boost. just make sure you dont run more than 8psi.
the intake might add about 3hp, header might add about 4, header-back exhaust would probebly add 4 or 5, and the pulleys would probebly be about 2 or 3. you dont need to add a "chip" for any reason to a reletively stock motor. i was talking about horsepower to the wheels, thats why it would be in the 125-130 range with all those bolt-ons.
