definately. go with that. A direct fitment install at a shop should cost more then $200 - $300 and if you can get the engine for $600-$700, then you are only spending $1000 to get a complete engine with low miles with no problems.

With a head rebuild, you are easily going to spend that much, and then you are going to have to look at the downside of still have high miles on the bottom end.

Tell your shop that you would like to replace the entire engine block with a rebuilt block or one with under 70-80K miles and see what they quote you. If they quote you anything under $800, then go for it. Chances are that if you get the block from them, labor will be much cheaper. If they quote you above that, order the block from hmotorsonline.com and have them install it.
