Integra at 17 thats awesome! Drive safe. Try and look for a cheap 98+ model if you like the newer bumpers. First thing I would do is some suspension work, lowering it on shocks/sleeve (koni/gc) and a r sway bar and some strut tower bars. The OEM type-r ones are nice. Next would be rims or i/h/e as stated above. I decided to go with comptech ice box to oem jdm 4-1 header with a carsound high flow cat ending with a RS*R exhaust. There are tons of options out there just search around. Password JDM recent released a J's knockoff that will fit no gsrs. Good luck with the car hunt!
One thing to remember when modding you car is to do it right the first time. Don't buy some cheap parts and end up getting something to replace them later. If you don't have the money to get a quality part then simply save up and purchase later.
