my oil was leaking for a while too. thats why i started doing my own changes. one problem could be that your oil filter is screwed in too hard. you said that you can see oil comming out from the drain plug though, what type of bushing(spacer) are you using ont he drian plug? honda recommends a metal lock washer but i use urethane ones. they work really well. when it gets warm the urethane forms itself to the shape of the hole. (you must replace it everytime you change your oil) this stopped the leaking on my car.

you can get these things at autozone or maybe if your lucky you can grab a bag of them at home depot for wicked cheap.
i use a 14mm bushing on my accord
