yes it will fit your 94 ls, however some modification is required to make that center piece fit, like i said i want to make it very clear to the person that is gonna buy it that it doesnt just pop in. for the armrest delete, center piece with integra shift bezel, and cup holder ill do 250+shipping. if you want the cig lighter/ashtray, and climate control also like i said ill do 500+shipping, if you dont like the price then shoot me an offer im more than open to negotiate.
