At the dealer they called it the EXa to refer it to a EX with ABS. 
But they are badged EX like all the other cars.
yup cuz my coupe had it
so heres the rundown for future reference
93-95 coupe ex's with abs had them (also its 93 cuz there was no coupe in 92
0
92-95 si's had them
and for more reference no hatchbacks, including the si, had power windows
