"SUPERTECH FLat top valves
SUPERTECH 70lb dual valve springs
SUPERTECH titanium retainers
3 angle valve job
milled .004"

could someone explain what this does to the engine or give me a link that would explain it. thats one thing ive never looked up on is the milling and valve jobs and stuff
Supertech, I assume, is a company that makes aftermarket valvetrain components, so they're probably stronger than OEM parts.

3-angle valve job means a CNC machine was used to create a bigger "squish" area for the valves to hold the air/fuel mixture, making it more efficient.

A milled head is when they shave the head down, in this case .004", to bump the compression just slightly. Usually you need adjustable cam gears to retard the timing with the higher compression. Make sure he has these, and an aftermarket head gasket is usually a good idea too.
