ive been saving up for a jdm b18c for a while now, and i finally have enough money. so i was planning on swapping one in spring time. however, i found someone selling a usdm b18c with the following mods:

all for 3200 picked up he said its already wired to fit in my 00 ex, because that is what he had it in... should i buy this or just wait and buy a jdm b18c from HMO.

any suggestions are welcome!
