Just about any restaraunt or bar will hook you up a little bit. If you go to a locally owned bar and talk to the bartender you will prolly get a decent hookup. For one of my birthdays I got most of my drinks for free, did a bunch of shots with the bartender (on the house) and the bill for the table was cut in half.
