Getting a port and polish kit and then offering to do it for someone without any prior experience is like somebody asking to pierce your tongue with a knife. engines are very particular, and if you want to mod it, you hafta think about what you want to do in the future. people want to get 3" exhausts for a stock LS integra, and it will kill the engine sooner than later. Remember, just because you have a part of the engine that flows nicely doesnt mean the rest of the engine is going to cooperate the same way.
If you plan on getting a port and polish "to the max" you have to think about how your engine is going to get all that air that it breathes in out. Too much air is bad for your engine, and too little air is bad for your engine. there are such things as back pressure when it comes to exhaust. I'm just warning you, you might be better off just getting a performance intake manifold and a sick Cold Air Intake. Even stuff like cams require certain performance parts to be put on your engine before they are installed.
On the market, a port and polish is about $1200. Think about who is doing it and how well experienced they are.
