personally i wouldnt touch it, mainly because if the law enforcement was looking into it before you bought it and thats why the guy is offloading it well changing the plate number and color wont do jack...they still have the vin and if they decide to take it well ur out 600 bucks now plus it draws u into whatever legal actions go down.
