It should work fine without a problem, if you have an auto tranny it may crap out down the line...but if you have a 5spd you're fine...just longer gearing...good to save gas...400+mile/tank. the accord 5spd tranny is bad off the line...but on freeway cruising is nice...you can drop to 3rd gear about 60-80mph, you will smoke a prelude cuz they down shift to 4th gear.
