I'm pretty sure last time I changed mine it had only 350miles on it and it was burnt to hell
50 track miles and 300 too and from the track
Maybe I drive harder than the average person... I dunno. I just know mine is shot after one hard driving session. Just like brake fluid, you have to change that after every track session
