It depends on how distant the relationship is. 1st/2nd cousins is a :nono:...3rd and up is a-ok.
My superfine cousin and I got along really well in Greece this summer, and I thought we were 2nd cousins...I come back to find out we are 3rd cousins. h: Not that I had a chance anyway.
