all integra brakes are the same...gsr isnt special
99-00 em1 si brakes are same as 96-00 ej8 ex (civic abs is same as integra)
all rear disc assemblies are identical (91-01)

With your cx, you have smaller rotors and therfore different knuckles than the ex/si/integra. To take advantage of their setups, you will need a knuckle from one of those cars, matching 10" rotors and then the calipers from whatever hell car you want (since they all share the same knuckle mounting points).
With larger calipers you will want a larger master cylinder and brake booster. Si/ex is 7/8", integra is 15/16 or 1" model depending. Pick one...they all bolt on fine with only a little bending of the lines and perhaps a change in fitting size (if you get one that was abs)
