well because im not sure how to define it exactly i'll use what your local law enforcement uses as grounds to impound ur ass and possibly your car

- excessive lane changes
- excessive speed
- illegal use of emergency/shoulder lanes
- following dangerously close to another vehicle
- attempted vehicular manslaughter *yeah..its a real charge*
- noise pollution
- i call it "driving like an asshole" cuz we're all granted our days...and i know u all love to do it....hope that helped...keep em comin kids
