The resistance on the coil won't vary enough to require using a different setting on the multimeter. Seeing as how the Helm's says it should read 0.6-0.8 ohms anyway, and you're talking about 59 deg instead of 0 deg, you're not going to see much variance in the expected readings at all anyway.
