yo man whats up. i actually did it in my hatchback. it is alot of work you have to swap over ALL the timing stuff the colant pipe on the back of the motor the head of course you have to get a new head gasket and timing belt and might as well get a water pump and oil pump at that. ( that was my problem ) i blew my motor after 17 miles my oil pump failed on my h23 and i had LOW miles on it. but my friend did the same thing and his motor only lasted him 1 month and he drove his car only on the weekends. just a heads up. in my opinion IF you wanted to be h23 vtec get the euro r motor in japan and europe the type r accords from i believe 98 to 01 have that h23 vtec motor in it already! so that would be the best thing for you to do if thats what your looking for.
