you need to get a p13 ecu cause the h23 uses a p14, i heard that the h23 vtec isant a very good engine and that the h23/h22 swap is hard. you might as well buy a turbo kit and slap it on your h23 and call it a day h23 boosted are awsome i am not sure how much boost it can handle but it would be awsome
