Why would you say that the guy with the correct answer is stupid?

Have you ever flown in a plane before? Do you remember how the plane throws you back in the seat at take off? Even with a full load of dumb asses and thier luggage on board? Don't you think all that power could make the wheels turn faster than the runway is pushing and take off? Sit calmly and read my arguments (the two long ones) and read the problem.

Have you ever been on a people mover (one of those flat escalators like at the airport)? Lets say you are walking againts it and you are holding a cannon. Fire the cannon behind you and I guarantee it'll knock you on your face.

The engines that suck air from in front of the plane and push it behind the plane don't really give a crap about its wheel speed.
