Unfortunately the plane will not take off.

The propulsion of the jet will cause the plane to move forward on the conveyor. The wheels will spin twice as fast.
Because of the wheels spinning twice as fast the rubber will catch fire, the tires will burn, and the plane will veer off the conveyor, crash, and burn.

Thus the plane will not take off.
