Again 17x7.5" wheels is pushing it for a Civic. If you can get a 17x7" with 42-44mm offset. 17x7.5" I would agree with 42-43mm offset. And make sure you get 205/40x17" tires.
Personally I'd get 16x7" cause fitment is better and less chances of rubbing.
