i think that the only butterfly is on the throttle body and opens with the gas pedal not with vtec

Well, before i asked i just made a VTEC Light to be sure because i got a lot of diffrent responses. I have a d16z6 and my VTEC kicks in at 4800 RPMs. I made a vtec light for my buddy that had a y8 and his went in at 5500 RPMs.
and like i said the vtec on a y8 is 5500-5600
