Confidence is key, but not too much cause then you'll appear arrogant and that can be a turn off. Let her know she's worth your time, but don't appear to have just one plate spinning, even if you do, she can't know that cause then it will go to her head or she'll think your desparate. Start w/hey there's and idle chit chat and begin walking her to some of her classes, eventually you'll get to know her a little better and you'll be able to ask her out and most likely she will say yes, if she is the least bit interested. Do you wrestle or play baseball (curently wrestling season, and baseball is coming up) if so, ask her to a match or a game...to watch you compete. Maybe a car show or some races...good luck man, been there done that and above is how I did.
