Thanks!
Are you wanting to stay N/A or would you consider boost (turbo).
Flowmaster sounds different on each type of vehicle. Check around with other people who have integra's check out their exhaust set-ups to get a better idea.
If your going to stay N/A then invest in a good cold air intake, a quality header, and 2.25" exhaust piping w/muffler of choice. The muffler will make the biggest change in sound (each muffler sounds differently)...
All my parts are geared towards performance so I cant help you to much on picking parts for the sound. I run what I need to (3" exhaust for example) and if I don't like it I alter (say add a resinator) it to suit my needs.
If you would like to go turbo, then I can help you more. You can have a safe reliable set-up for a little more then $1,000. Keep in mind though that your not going to make tons of power with that set-up(*), you'll need a tad more to make more reliable power.You could easily get to about 225whp or so with your budget.

* Cheap
Fast
Reliable...
Pick two and sacrifice the other (**)

** in most cases.

If your just looking for a little kick in the performance dept (mostly mental performance because average gain will be about 5-10hp) then the intake,header,exhaust route is for you.
Expect to pay about $450 for exhaust, $250 for intake, and about $300 for header.
