I am sorry this happened to you.

Honda should do better. I would send them a detailed letter (via certified mail) and inform them that unless they make me happy I would share my experiences with all of the local newspapers, all my friends, family and that I will never consider buying a Honda again. I would send the same letter to the dealer.
