I'm nt too worried. In Beckett's best season he has only won 15 games. He is a decent pitcher but not an ace.
I see Becket as replacing what Wells gave us at worst and if he lives up to his potential he could be another Pedro for us. Plus at less than $4 million you can't go wrong.
Also I seem to remember him owning a certain team in the World Series a few years back
