ISO is film speed or how much light it takes to make an image the faster the speed the less light is needed and the faster the shutter speed and aperture can be.

IS/VR Image Stabilization which is offered in many lenses VR is Nikons name for it and IS is Canons name for it.

1/20 is a shutter speed meaning 1/20 of a second which is a pretty slow shutter speed for handheld in most cases.
