Yep I fully agree. I've blown up 3 of my shots taken with the old DR and 1 with d70 and there is no degradation of image quality. All were 20x30.
In fact I posted one of them here, of the white sail boat in Santa Cruz. I gave one copy to a friend of mine who surfs and sails. He took it with him to Oregon when he moved and several people have asked to buy a copy. If the image was FUBAR then I doubt they would want to pay money for it. I gave them the image so they can have it printed. No complaints.
