yeah, it happens a lot, u need to go to properties of that folder, security properties, and add permissions/accounts. Pretty much look at at setting of other folders that u can access, and try to set the same modes for the ones you cant. hope that helps.
Yea that's only if he can log onto that profile. He could just set it up to allow access to everyone. Cus right now its as if there's 2 different computers.
