replace the whole thing. the led assembly is sealed pretty well and its hard to get it apart without breaking it. There are just a couple screws that hold it in the spoiler.

Let me know what car you have, I may have one laying around that i'll sell for pretty cheap. They're about $120-$150 from the dealer.
