Have you seen the tensioner? It's just a small wheel that has a bolt through it, it spins with the belt. There is a slot in the middle so it can slide back and forth with ease (there is no tension on it so use your hand). When your donr putting the belt on you push it over to put tension on the belt, tighten it and viola your done.
All you need is two hands, one socket wrench and about 22 seconds.
