masking tape, newspaper, some sand paper, primer and paint... although it would probably take you the same amount of time to put the masking tape and cover the front end good, as it would take to just remove the trim.
I painted mine the first time when I had to remove my bumper to install my headlights, and I pulled it off the bumper. Then a second time just a touch up I used a piece of cardboard to cover the bumper while I sprayed it.
