i'd have to say in terms of performance the ex-v6 6-speed blows away the tsx, exterior could look better, but it is still an accord of course. better skidpad, better acceleration, more torque.

plus you can get them for around 22-23k out the door if you try hard.

luxury might be another thing, but there wanst anything articularlly uncomfortable with the av6 when i sat in it.
