Okay, so, my CRX has been running fine, but like 3 days ago it got cold here (like freezing and below) and ever since then my CRX hasn't ran. I finally had time to check everything out today, and my CEL is coming on, but I'm not too sure how to read the code that it's throwing. Like when do I start to look at the light to see how many times it blinks?

What I think it is, though, is my main relay (like always). This time, though, when I turn the car over, all I hear is a really constant and fast clicking coming from the main relay. I can KIND OF feel it vibrate. I am POSITIVE the sound is coming from it. I am going to say that it's safe to assume that this is the problem?
