They are both Accord's to be honest assuming '06 V6EX vs. '06 TSX, I'm going to vote for TSX and mostly for 2 reasons.

1. Looks, I like the TSX style better...this is simple opinion.

2. warranty, you can spend $27k on either car and get wonderful machines with simaliar performance, both are C&D top 10 picks. But only the Acura has a 4yr - 50,000mi warranty standard. Sure it's a Honda, but warranty is warranty.

But neither is bad choice IMO.
