if it only works on the high setting that mean the resistor went bad-i think thats what its called-it controls the settings 1,2,and 3. the high 4 setting doesnt run off of the resistor. its a dealer part and usually located under the passanger side dash. check that out first.part is probably about 30-40 dollars and easy to change
