"Head cover gasket" ... is this the valve cover gasket or head gasket? Head gasket jobs at a shop could reach $1000. Valve cover gasket should be done for about $50 plus parts.

Oil pan gasket...Prolly looking at $100 plus parts.

Axle boot... I'd prolly replace both sides, looking at $250 for that.
