Oh, that works... How much should I expect to pay, and what's the highest mileage I should go?

On this one site, they charged $400 + s/h for a MT with 75,000 or less miles on it.

Also, I heard it costs like $2,000 to install or something like that at alotta shops! WTF is that about?
