the mitsubishi conglomerate "controls" MMC and has always did...DCX was a major partner and had some veto powers with a >33% but goldman doesn't have much control but may get one seat on the board (they will want cost effectiveness so I'm figuring MMC will sell cheaper and cheaper cars to turn a quick profit)
